Cancellation policy
Online and telephone orders may be cancelled by calling our Customer service department at 256-232-2726. Request for cancellation of online orders must be made by 10am CT on the business day following the order day. Request for cancellation of telephone orders must be made prior to the order being shipped.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our Customer Service Deparment by telephone at 256-232-2726 within 14 days of your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization Number and Return Authorization Confirmation. We will acept materials for return for the following reasons: Unacceptable quality or an error in packaging. We are not responsible for the shipping return rate.
Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given on orders cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. All other refunds will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy and based on the Return Authorization Confirmation.
